Which NGOs are contributing?

The IRBC Agreement on a Sustainable Garment and Textile Sector is the product of negotiations between industry organisations in the textile and garment sector (Modint, VGT and INretail), trade unions, NGOs, and the National Government of the Netherlands. Besides the signatories themselves, various other parties have undertaken to support the agreement. The main difference between the two is that the first group was involved in drafting the agreement and now forms part of a steering committee that is supervising its implementation. The parties that support the agreement advocate its aims and are prepared to contribute their expertise and experience. They do not have any management tasks, however.
